We are pleased to present Something, Romanticized this May as part of Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival.

Something, Romanticized brings together the work of Matthew Tammaro and Agnes Thor, two artists who have never met yet are connected by the ethereal qualities of their photography. 

At times nostalgic and uncertain, many of these images lack or obscure the sense of a specific environment or identity. Fleeting, delicate, and raw, this collection of portraiture, still life, and landscape images conveys a utopian peace while acknowledging bare humanity’s quiet presence. 

May 10th-27th, 2012
Opening Reception May 10th, 7pm-Midnight
